Hotel Lis Mallorca - Palma de Mallorca

Staying at lis mallorca was just, well, a huge letdown. The rooms were grotty and noisy, with families shouting until 3:30am. Absolutely rediculous for the price! Woudl ve been nice to receive some complimentary gesture for these inconveniences, but I guess that's too much to ask for a 'suite'. I was almost tempted to give a good review, but just couldn't.

Clean straightforward hotel, very amiable staff and incredible location close to supermarkets. Location so close to good restaurants, beach and shops/bars, and the bus stops. For shots visit The Mess Deck, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the venue...

easy access to fine parks and unique landmarks

Staying here was a treat as I could easily stroll to the gorgeous marivent garden, just under a kilometer away, and explore the historic palacio de marivent which was close by. Plus, I had a perfect time chatting with the friendly staff who provided helpful tips for getting around.

The room was good-sized and nicely decorated, provided with big balcony, a BATHTUB plus air conditioning. The bonus was bright room decor and fantastic bar.

Good and incredible location, 5 minutes' walk to Port Calanova.

The spaciousness of my room added to a nice stay! The staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and provided helpful recommendations.

The rooftop terrace was a disappointment. It needed better maintenance.

Underwhelming experience, bed bugs!

The location is a huge plus! We explored the port and even took the bus to the beach, just a short ride away. The amenities were decent, and I especially appreciated the friendly staff who ensured our comfort throughout the stay with family and friends.

My wife says that the kitchenette could really use better supplies.

Room was surprisingly comfortable, but the bathroom was dirty and smelly.

The hot tub and pool were perfect for relaxation. Our One-Bedroom Suite was spacious and clean with fresh towels and sheets every two days. Staff were available for any requests. The hotel felt safe with secure entry. We loved the quiet rooftop area for family time 😊

The place is quirky and comfy, with a fab balcony! Cleanliness was on point, and all the essentials were covered. I loved how close it is to two lovely beaches.

But bless the shower, I'm shorter than a giraffe, so it seemed like a splash zone! Where's my kettle? Can't brew a cuppa without one!

The Junior Suite was spacious and clean, with a cozy sitting area perfect. I appreciated the hot shower and the thoughtful soap pump dispensers, which reduced waste. The rooftop terrace and jacuzzi were a good surprise and a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.

I loved how they set up a travel cot in our spacious room right before we arrived. The cold air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and I also enjoyed the sun terrace with beautiful views. The only downside was some occasional noise from the surrounding area, but it didn’t really bother us. 😎

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room lacked a kettle for tea, inconvenient. Rooftop terrace provides great views but needed better maintenance. I enjoyed the comfort of the superior suite with a nice balcony.
